Our processing time for your order is usually 1 day. Royal Mail delivery aim is 2-3 working days, therefore you should expect your order to take 3-4 working days.

Deliveries can take longer to arrive during busy periods, please bear this in mind.

Faster Shipping- Tracked24*

For a faster service we also offer Royal Mail Tracked24* with SMS and or email confirmation to track your parcel.

Our processing time for your order is usually 1 day, Royal Mail have a delivery aim of 1-2 working days. You should expect your order to take 2-3 working days.

Free Shipping – Orders Over £80

We offer FREE standard delivery on UK Mainland orders over £80 (offer applies when order value net of discounts and promotions equals £55 or more).

These orders will be sent via our standard method Royal Mail Tracked48* with SMS and or email confirmation and tracking details,

Our processing time for your order is usually 1 day with a Royal Mail delivery aim of 2-3 working days. You should expect your order to take 3-4 working days.

Deliveries can take longer to arrive during busy periods. Orders with a value of over £100 will require a signature on delivery.

Non UK Mainland and International Shipping

With European VAT, Covid disruption and Brexit, shipping costs to overseas destinations significantly increased! Please contact us for a quote.

Order Processing time

We aim to process orders in 1 day. Our normal turn around time is fairly fast!

Orders placed after 2pm on weekdays, or weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Tracked service or express delivery services include tracking information sent from Royal Mail by SMS or email. Please check your spam folder.

Should you need your delivery urgently please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
Each parcel is hand packaged and sent via Royal Mail as our preferred service but we will occasionally may need to use other postal companies.

Queries and Returns

We hope you are happy with your Vintage & Bespoke purchase and we do aim to provide an “old-fashioned” and “personal” level of customer service. However if you are not happy with your order please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@vintageandbespoke.co.uk

An exchange or refund is available to customers with faulty or incorrect goods received, provided they are returned in the original packaging and as new untouched and unused condition.

Should your order be eligible for a refund or exchange, we will send an email link for our tracked returns postage service with Royal Mail. A pre-paid postage label can be printed off to stick to your return package. Take the box to the post office or Royal Mail Customer Service point. Once we receive your return in the original condition, we will process a refund accordingly.

A Note on Vintage…

Vintage bottles we offer can be up to 100 years old or more in some cases, so by their nature they will have little signs of age, dents the odd nibbled edge etc. We believe this is obviously part of their charm and story, so please understand you are not buying “brand new” pristine modern factory products.

We will always endeavour to not send out a badly damaged bottle but sometimes the odd one can slip through. If you are not happy with the bottle you have been sent then we will happily exchange it.

Again the Diffuser flowers we sell are all handmade with natural materials and may have little knots or brown marks in the material, this is unavoidable in using a natural organic product and perfectly normal.

Returned fragrance refill bottles and flower and fragrance packs must arrive unopened. Bottles must be tightly sealed and contain exactly the amount of fragrance delivered.

Antique Decor Items

Antique decor and home items will usually be accompanied with more detailed information and images for each individual product. We will make you aware of any faults with vintage items.

Except for vintage bottles we send out, we will not refund items ordered because they are not to your taste. Should you wish to exchange for an alternative item you will be asked to cover the cost of any additional postage incurred.

Again for return of these items please send back very well wrapped as they must arrive in the condition they were sent out.

Packaging and Plastic Free

Presentation is important for delivery and shipping and we want you to be delighted when you receive your order.

We are very conscious of our plastics usage and we always aim to re-use boxes and as much packaging material as we can.

Our products are fragile and they do need to be well wrapped therefore occasionally we will need to use plastic bubbles wrap.
