We offer FREE standard delivery on UK Mainland orders over £50 (offer applies when order value net of discounts and promotions equals £50 or more).

Express Delivery

Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery (on weekday orders placed before 11am) £8.95

Standard Shipping

Orders £20.00 or under – Standard UK Mainland Delivery with Royal Mail first class who aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, starts at £3.95 for a single item.

Orders over £20 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, you will receive SMS or email confirmation, delivery aim is 2-3 working days.

  • Orders are dispatched three times a week, Monday Wednesday and Friday.

Packing and Plastic Free*

Packing is very important to us, we want you to be delighted when you receive your order.

We are very conscious of our plastics usage and we always aim to re-use boxes and as much packaging as we can that we receive from other suppliers. If you would like your order to be plastic free we will take out as much of the unnecessary plastic that we can and replace with paper products.

With the nature of our products and the fact they are fragile, they need to be well wrapped therefore our regular packing method for glass is bubble wrap, again mainly recycled from deliveries we receive.

European Delivery

European delivery is £12.95 and using a Royal Mail International Tracked Service.

Rest of World

Shipping is available on request. Please email for a quote.

Order Processing time

We aim to process orders in 1-2 days. Our normal turn around time is fairly fast.

Orders placed after 2pm on weekdays, or weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

If you have selected express delivery we will contact you with the tracking code.

Should you need your delivery urgently please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
Each parcel is hand packaged and sent via Royal Mail as our preferred service but we will occasionally may need to use other postal companies.

Queries and Returns

We hope you are happy with your Vintage & Bespoke purchase, we always try to provide the highest levels of product and customer service, however if you are not happy with your order please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer to exchange or refund on faulty or incorrect goods sent provided it is returned in its’ original packaging and unused.

We will then send you an email link for our tracked returns postage, service with Royal Mail where you will be able to print off a pre-paid postage label to stick to your return package. You will then need to take it to the post office or Royal Mail Customer Service point.

As we say in the product description the vintage bottles we sell can be up to 100 years old, so by their nature they may have little signs of age, dents the odd nibbled edge etc. We believe this is obviously part of their charm and story, you are not buying a brand new modern factory made product.

We will always endeavour to not send out a badly damaged bottle but sometimes the odd one can slip through. If you are not happy with the bottle you have been sent then we will happily exchange it.

Again the Diffuser flowers we sell are all handmade with natural materials and may have little knots or marks in the material, this is unavoidable using a natural organic product.

Fragrance bottles and Flower and fragrance packs must arrive unopened. Bottles must be tightly sealed and contain exactly the amount of fragrance delivered.
