Orders over £20 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48*, with SMS or email confirmation and tracking details, delivery aim is 2-3 working days.

For a faster fully tracked service we also offer Royal Mail Tracked24* with a delivery aim of 1-2 working days.

FREE standard delivery on UK Mainland orders over £55 (offer applies when order value net of discounts and promotions equals £55 or more).

Express Delivery – Next Day Service

Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery for orders placed Monday – Thursday before 11am prices start at £8.95

will be delivered before 1pm the next working day.

European Deliveries

European delivery is £12.95 and using a Royal Mail International Tracked Service.

Order Processing time

We aim to process orders in 1-2 days. Our normal turn around time is fairly fast!

Orders placed after 2pm on weekdays, or weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

If you have selected a tracked service or express delivery you receive tracking information from Royal Mail by SMS or email with tracking information.

Should you need your delivery urgently please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
Each parcel is hand packaged and sent via Royal Mail as our preferred service but we will occasionally may need to use other postal companies.

Queries and Returns

We hope you are happy with your Vintage & Bespoke purchase, we aim to provide the highest “old-fashioned” and “personal” levels of customer service, however if you are not happy with your order please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer to exchange or refund on faulty or incorrect goods you receive, provided it is returned in its’ original packaging and condition.

We will then send an email link for our tracked returns postage, service with Royal Mail, where you will be able to print off a pre-paid postage label to stick to your return package. Then simply take it to the post office or Royal Mail Customer Service point.Once we receive your return we will process a refund accordingly.

A Note on Vintage…

As we say repeatedly in the product descriptions the vintage bottles we offer can be up to 100 years old or more in most cases, so by their nature they will have little signs of age, dents the odd nibbled edge etc. We believe this is obviously part of their charm and story, so please understand you are not buying “brand new” pristine modern factory products.

We will always endeavour to not send out a badly damaged bottle but sometimes the odd one can slip through. If you are not happy with the bottle you have been sent then we will happily exchange it.

Again the Diffuser flowers we sell are all handmade with natural materials and may have little knots or brown marks in the material, this is unavoidable in using a natural organic product.

For the return of Fragrance refill bottles and Flower and fragrance packs they must arrive unopened. Bottles must be tightly sealed and contain exactly the amount of fragrance delivered.

Antique Decor Items

Our antique decor and home items will usually be accompanied with more detailed information on the condition of each individual product. We will make you aware of any faults.

Again for return of these items please send back very well wrapped as they must arrive in the condition they were sent out in order to expect a refund.

Packaging and Plastic Free

Packing is very important to us, we want you to be delighted when you receive your order.

We are very conscious of our plastics usage and we always aim to re-use boxes and as much packaging material as we can usually that we receive from other suppliers. If you would like your order to be plastic free we will take out as much of the unnecessary plastic that we can and replace with paper products.

With the nature of our products and the fact they are so fragile, they do need to be well wrapped therefore our regular default packing method for glass is bubble wrap, again mainly recycled from deliveries we receive.
